Designed with busy healthcare leaders in mind, each module is bite-sized, less than an hour long, and can be taken online at the learner's desired pace.By the end of this course, you will have the tools, strategies, and confidence to identify disruptive behaviors that undermine a culture of safety, set behavioral expectations with employees, and hold staff accountable for professional behavior.
