Nurturing New Graduate Nurses
Essential Strategies for Creating a Respectful Work Culture in Healthcare

Onboarding, retaining, and nurturing new graduate nurses is essential to the success of nursing teams. Unfortunately, 33% of new graduate nurses leave an organization within their first year of practice (Nursing Solutions, Inc., 2023), and the number one reason why is culture. ONL is thrilled to welcome healthy workforce culture expert Dr. Renee Thompson as our keynote speaker to share best practices and strategies for nurse leaders to create cultures that support and retain our newest graduate nurses and help them succeed.
