ONL PROFESSIONAL LEARNING

Eradicating Bullying & Incivility Self-Study eCourse

Increasing demands, decreasing resources, burnout, bullying, and incivility are challenging nursing leaders now more than ever before. When disruptive behaviors go unchecked, workplace culture suffers and in time, good employees disengage or leave. These behaviors also have a negative impact on patient safety and satisfaction and on the organization as a whole as the costs of turnover are immense.

In order to feel comfortable and prepared to address incidents of workplace bullying or incivility, nurse leaders need training in the skills and strategies that are most effective. The Eradicating Bullying & Incivility Self-Study Program meets this need.
